As the Business Development Manager, Western Canada, Toby is responsible for growing the Broker Services division in British Columbia, introducing all products to existing brokers, and expanding Cowan Insurance Group's broker network by maintaining and nurturing strong relationships.
Toby has a depth of program experience and solid relationship management skills gained over 20 years in the insurance industry, including sales (insurance and automotive) and as a Branch Manager in Woodstock, Ontario.
